New for 2023, the Offsite Construction Award for Innovative Product or Service recognizes leading-edge offerings from suppliers of the offsite construction industry.

Eligibility and Guidelines

The Offsite Construction Award for Innovative Product or Service is a perfect opportunity for companies that serve manufacturers and builders of systems-built homes to participate in the Offsite Construction Awards. An individual honor is bestowed upon the top entry each year, however, at the judges’ discretion the category can be subdivided into individual awards for product and service. Submissions must meet one of the following criteria:

Products:

Can include, but are not limited to, building products such as windows, hardware, software, fixtures, exterior cladding, wall treatments, etc. Although all building products are eligible, materials that address concerns specific to the systems-built housing industry will be given special consideration. Prefabricated structural items, such as modular units and wall panels, are not eligible.

Services:

Systems or professional services that help manufacturers and builders of modular, panelized, concrete, log and timber frame homes are eligible for this category. Please note that your submission must be tied to a specific service. This category is not intended to honor an entire business, but rather a specific service a company offers to the offsite construction industry. Examples of eligible services include, but are not limited to, architecture, design, consulting, finance, warranty, insurance, framing and programs offered by associations.
