NAHB Remodelers honors individuals and local remodelers councils for outstanding projects and exceptional service to the remodeling industry with the following awards:

The NAHB Remodelers Council of the Year is presented each year to local remodelers councils and individuals whose work at the local level exemplifies the best practices of the remodeling industry.

The NAHB Remodeling Awards represents and recognizes the best in craftsmanship, innovation and excellence in remodeling projects. Outstanding achievements are highlighted in project-based categories including home kitchen remodel, home bath remodel, home addition, entire home renovation, residential accessory dwelling unit, outdoor living space, creative use of living space, and areas specializing in aging-in-place design and/or accessible home modifications.

The NAHB Remodeler of the Year Award (in collaboration with the National Sales and Marketing Council, and National Awards program) recognizes superior business management, exemplary NAHB involvement at all levels and outstanding contributions to the remodeling industry.

The National Remodeling Hall of Fame honors those who have made a significant and lasting impression in the remodeling field.

Winners were announced Feb. 28 during the International Builders’ Show.
